Popular Post ian964
I just picked this up this morning: Oct 2011 car Manual PCM PSE Sports Chrono Carbon buckets The reg is the previous owners, will be going back to him. This is replacing a '92 964RS cup that I've had for the last 8 years - looking forward to a few creature comforts (heating!) whilst still being a good track car. Cheers Ian

Founder Beanoir™ Posted January 5, 2016 Founder Share Posted January 5, 2016 Lovely!! Have you got any track related mods planned? There's a few tweaks people often make to the R.

Or maybe it's because they're an "enthusiast's" car, and forums attract enthusiasts? Who knows! They all look great!! We had two at the first meet, let's see if we add two every month! mr pg
If this is Ollie's old car at RPM, I had a brief drive of this car a few months ago when looking at Caymans. I know how disappointed he was to have to let this go. I ended up with a 981 Cayman S, but would happily have got an R (wife wasn't so keen). I was only using it for about 6 days a year - Oulton RS day, annual 2-day Spa pilgrimage and a couple of odd trackdays. It's not really usable as a road car either, so decided to take some cash out and get something I could use more regularly. 14 hours ago, PhilCS said: I love this, the CR might feel a bit more comfortable in hazarding a guess? Definitely, feels like a limousine in comparison! The 964 had standard cup suspension with solid mounts, so what somewhat stiff on the road. Also a bit noisy inside, and no proper heating. 12 hours ago, mr pg said: If this is Ollie's old car at RPM, I had a brief drive of this car a few months ago when looking at Caymans. Great guy to deal with, and has looked after the car.
