Porsche Taycan Announcement

Recommended Posts

I see the new Porsche 'Taycan' has just be revealed, basically a name change from Mission-E by the looks of it??  Is this the future, will the Cayman be a thing of the past??

About time somebody held Tesla's feet to the fire.

I hear it will have a noise. Not a synthetic engine noise but one that reflects the electrical goings on. Only one noise worldwide.

Hopefully being German it’ll last a bit longer than a Tesla too.  My boss has one, 2 years old and it rattles and squeaks like a 10 year old Renault - really poor build quality and even worse considering it cost £80k!!

Funnily enough I just posted a similar thing elsewhere on this topic.  American cars are not know generally for their quality though, so not a huge surprise.  Difference is you don't normally pay that kind of money for an American car.
