Daz Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 Hi I went out to buy a gen 2 s but ended up with a 2.9 pdk fell for spec and colour guards red and in A1 condition. Buggyjam Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 Hi Martin Mines a 2.9 manual base. Fantastic fun, can’t say I regret not buying an S as never tried one so I’m super happy. Gen 2s are fairly infrequent find. Forget investment. None of them are. Just use them! Things on gen 2s are same as gen 1s. had mine 18 months and replaced front top mounts and it needed new front rad hoses. Porsche OPC told me most All 987s/997 911s will likely need front rad hoses by now unless they’re lucky. So plan for that. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
