Popular Post Highland Fling
Hi all, I'm a Cayman R manual owner from the north of Scotland. Great driving roads up here to enjoy my CR. My CR is March 2012 registered and built in Stuttgart. I've owned my CR for 4 years now and done 27k wonderful trouble-free miles. This is my 3rd Cayman and I have previously owned a Gen 1 Cayman 2.7, a Gen 2 3.4 DFI Cayman S. So I know the Porsche Cayman quite well now! I'm maybe changing to a 981 Cayman GTS PDK soon, so watch this space. Spec on my CR as follows; Meteor Grey Metallic with silver decals, air intake grills, seat belts, and instrument cowl. 19" Boxster Spyder alloys in silver Porsche 5mm wheel spacers Carbon bucket seats Sports exhaust Short shifter Sport Chrono Pack Plus Sport design steering wheel in alcantara Cruise control Fully automatic climate control Gear lever & Handbrake lever in Alcantara Storage bin lid in alcantara with Porsche logo Porsche Communication Management Universal Audio Interface Telephone Module Sound Package Plus I do enjoy the occasional track day and have fitted a 997 GT3 brake master cylinder and Goodridge steel braided brake pipes. This gives a much more reassuring brake pedal feel on the track. Oh, and I use a BMC hi flow cotton air filter element, and the baffle plate has been removed from the LH air intake grill. It breathes much better now! That's about it really. Cheers! Brian

Highland Fling
Ha Ha..........no blizzards in the Highlands so far this year. Not where I live anyway. My CR is tucked up in a warm garage all winter, resting. Sorry about hitch with downloading photo. I'm a newbie.......... Here goes with the photo a second time. Look at the view! The hills are nice as well! Cheers. Brian
