Fitting new engine / transmission mounts in a 987.2

Don't forget You'll need the engine supported whist you have the bracket out!

And it's quite tricky to get it through the gap if the coolant hoses, requires a bit if squeezing them

For Joe spicer. Hi there. I may have an issue with a gearbox mount on my 2.9 Boxster. I have a quite heavy vibration, rumble from the car when the engine is cold but it disappears once it is fully warmed up. I think it is coming from the LHS. I replaced the exhaust with a Carnewal one a while back but it still does it. I also replaced the standard oval tip for the twin 'S' type. It's not much but I've struggled to get the tips to look level. The left hand side looks ever so slightly lower than the right. The vibration, noise seems to be worse pulling away and after gear change. I see from your previous posts you fitted 993 turbo solid rubber mounts

Did you experience any issues with them or would you recommend them?
