Popular Post Bluedot
Only had it a couple of weeks. It's 'just' an entry level 2.7 but it makes me smile when I drive it. For the extra MPG and lower roadtax, it really had to be the 2.7 as opposed to an S We use it as our weekend car having also invested in a £2k Astra as my daily commute For months I'd been looking at 911's (the 4 seats would certainly be handy) but then we started looking at Caymans and value for money wise they just could not be beaten compared to an older high mileage 911. I'd like some more pics of it but need to wait till we finally see a bit of sun, the overcast skies don't really do the colour justice.

Trickle
Forget the 'entry' level, it's a Porsche and a very nice one at that! Well done, I bet you're enjoying it!

Founder Beanoir™ Posted December 18, 2015 Founder Share Posted December 18, 2015 (edited) Welcome! Love the Cayman! Cotswolds is a nice part of the country, spend quite a bit of time over there as my other half is from Cheltenham. Enjoy the trip! Bluedot
Had a great time up there thanks, the usual haunts of Broadway (Fish Hill ), Moreton In Marsh & Stow. Then a very refined afternoon tea on the way home at Weston On Green. Only downside was getting caught up in roadworks on the A34 coming home. We spend a lot of our time in The Cotswolds, it's a long term plan to eventually move up there once the kids have flown the nest! Weather could have been better but all in all it felt so special to drive the Cayman around the towns and villages.
markbarry1977
Nice part of the world the Cotswolds. Used to work in a place called Carterton, commuting home to new every week it was lovely to drive up through there. Especially in summer at 5am. Nothing on the roads but still daylight. Alas I don't work down there anymore but have friends down there.
