They can provide us a club area, i'm not entirely sure what that entails at the moment, but they will definitely need an idea of numbers. So would appreciate a heads up if we are to make this happen as i'm sure leaving it too long will time us out. 2 of us so far... I've just booked myself and Mrs. Beanoir in to the Master Builders hotel in Beaulieu, i've stayed there before and it's recommended, I imagine hotels get booked up quick in the village fairly quick for the Sat night. The format is quite relaxed. Normally clubs just park together and that is enough. However we have no problem with banners/flags going up. We are not so keen on Gazebo’s or marque’s unless they are part of a trade stand. But from experience of years gone by, most are happy with banners and it works pretty well.
