Hi Guys, I'm definitely going. Add me to the numbers if you wish...  Attached a couple of pictures for your enjoyment

Sorry to have arrived so late - didn't get back from holiday till 1am and couldn't haul my backside out any earlier on Sunday. Great weather, fantastic array of cars and a Peridot Cayman R was chosen

Right, i've been tasked with arranging a club area at Simply Porsche, not entirely sure what that entails yet but I will look into it this week.

Can we start a list of people who are fairly keen on attending so I can give the Events Team at Beaulieu an idea of the group size.  I'll start:

Add me please

think we will all have to arrive together to park up together as seem to remember reading it, buts that's not a problem is it as we. Can all meet up before and may be on the way down ?

Ok, so i've spoken to the Events Team for Simply Porsche.  They can provide us a club area, i'm not entirely sure what that entails at the moment, but they will definitely need an idea of numbers.

So would appreciate a heads up if we are to make this happen as i'm sure leaving it too long will time us out.  2 of us so far...

I've just booked myself and Mrs. Beanoir in to the Master Builders hotel in Beaulieu, i've stayed there before and it's recommended, I imagine hotels get booked up quick in the village fairly quick for the Sat night.

Ok so this is the deal...

"Hi Nick

Thank you for keeping us in the loop with regards to numbers.

The format is quite relaxed. Normally clubs just park together and that is enough. However we have no problem with banners/flags going up. We are not so keen on Gazebo’s or marque’s unless they are part of a trade stand. But from experience of years gone by, most are happy with banners and it works pretty well.

I hope that helps slightly.

Kind Regards

Andy"

Happy to keep it fairly low key, I'm not sure we have a club banner yet @Tom

Good stuff! Lovely looking Cayman by the way, must be one of the very last GenII registered?

Fly back to UK late on Saturday but unless delayed should be there (perhaps not first thing though). Great event last year.
