Replacement head unit

I've been driving modern utility wagons for the past 9 months and I have to admit I have become accustomed to DAB, Bluetooth integration, touchscreen and a decent resolution.

However my '09 Cayman has a very old feeling unit. FM/AM/CD/AUX.  Apparently it has bluetooth but while it can see my phone (and remembers the previous owners) I haven't been able to connect it (or remove the old phone).  I might even have to read the handbook to figure it out.

Since Christmas is coming is there a better head unit I can replace the stock one with?

A bit of looking reveals there may be issues as I have a Bose speaker system and that may cause issue with the amp?
