Rear parking sensors PCM3 Modifications: Remus titanium exhaust DesignTek wheels spacers sourced from Design911 fitted - 7mm on the front and 15mm on the rear Car comes with original books detailing all service work done and an accompanying folder with additional history paperwork. Original tools, warning triangle, and two keys provided. Car is HPI clear with no finance outstanding. The car had a minor service in November 2019 which was performed by Porchetech in West London. Whilst in for the service the following work has also been done: Both front air conditioning condensers replaced Front coolant hoses replaced (this job requires front sub-frame to be lowered) New drive belt and tensioner New air intake manifold with seals and gaskets also replaced New air breather pipe Brake fluid change Spark plug change In August 2020 a misfire occurred and work was done by Brookspeed to fit a new exhaust manifold on bank 1 as the catalytic converter had become blocked, along with new variocam and camshaft actuator on bank 1. Car also had a new ECU fitted. Further work carried out by Porsche Portsmouth to replace the camshaft actuator on bank 2 and replace the thermostat too. Porsche Portsmouth describes the engine as “running beautifully” - I have that in writing. At some point soon the brakes will need replacing as they’re approaching that time. All maintenance work has been well documented and free to review when viewing the car. I'm the third owner of this car having bought it in November 2017 and it has been a brilliant companion since. It was great on past road trips across Europe taking a surprising amount of luggage for two of us. It’s now very reluctantly up for sale for the simple reason as I only have one parking space at my flat in London and I now need a car with more than two seats.
