987.1 2.7 in Essex

Hello the forum,

I privately purchased a lovely 987 2.7 from North Yorkshire and drove it to its new home in Essex.

 

It's my first Porsche and to say I'm smitten and in love is an understatement. 

 

I'm replacing an old BMW 130i. I test drove an M2 and an M140 before coming to the Cayman. Words like 'feel' and 'involvement' made the decision easy. 
Also, the lower amount of power is wonderful as I get to use more of the rev range, more of the time.
