Dove House

Another bit of good customer service, when I bought my CS back in July there were no manuals or folder. Not a big deal, I downloaded them off line and it had the service log book and receipts which is the important bit.


Dove House said (without me asking) that they would order and send on to me. I'd forgotten about it, this morning they arrived. It's a small thing but shows a level of professionalism. See my other thread for how they dealt with a fault outside warranty.
