jonnyboy Posted November 20, 2016 Share Posted November 20, 2016 Removed from my Cayman - we think that the actually issue we had (blowing) was from a bad spot on the headers but I'd already ordered a replacement new one so fitted that. The flaps work ok and theres no rattling on the boxes off the car. We had to trim some of the flange back to get at the rust bolts on the car but this wont affect it getting refitted to another car.
