Mick Jackson Posted January 14, 2021 Share Posted January 14, 2021 Hi all new to the group and not had my Cayman for very long and generally a great motor however,have noticed between 2300 and 2800rpm have what can only be described as an exhaust resonance boom inside the cabin area..? Get it above 2800rpm perfect now it looks as though it has had a recent exhaust as looks new and we’ll fitted and stainless but have heard that som non-gen sports exhaust systems can deliver this kind of issue..... Have to say above 2800rpm the engine and exhaust sound brilliant but not sure if I can put up with the resonance as it’s kinda town driving where it appears to be there all the time so .....
