Wanted: Private sale Cayman 3.4 S PDK

I'm looking for a 'private sale' Cayman 3.4 S with PDK, either a 981 or a 987.2 (I may consider an R).

I'm being quite specific about what I'm looking for and some may think I'm quite hopeful about how much I'm willing to pay...

 

My requirements are as follows:
Climate Control,
Cruise Control,
Heated Seats,
Navigation,
PASM,
Sport,
Sports Chrono Plus - not essential but nice to have,
PTV - not essential but nice to have,
PSE - not essential.

The colour I'm least likely to buy is black, I'd prefer a bright colour (Perdot Green is the bee's knees), but will be happy to end up with grey (again).

For a 981 S I'd expect to spend £38-40k with a mileage below 30k.
For a 987.2 S I'd expect to spend £25-28k with a mileage below 50k.
