hobdayd
Hi all, I had been having a problem with intermittent starting...turn the key and it starts, turn the key and just a click, repeat and just a click...then start. All very random. This is with the clutch pedal depressed. Well...I decided to move the footwell carpet back and the clutch pedal travels a little further...starting issues resolved! 100% Just thought I would post this for future reference. Buggyjam
Nice one top tip! If it happens again might also be the clutch switch wearing out. Not uncommon. Mines gone through 2 of them in 5 years. When it started failing I had to really press the pedal down. They’re cheap to replace.
