Bushman Posted December 4, 2020 Share Posted December 4, 2020 My old exhaust manifolds are up for sale. they have been de- catted and the header throats gasflowed by die-grinding out the large factory welds. I repaired a split in one of the tubes by veeing out and mig welding with 304 dissimilar metal stainless wire. I have removed the rattley heat shields, grit blasted and re-sprayed them in 600 deg matt black paint. there is some corrosion on the reinforcing plates but only on the edges so will not affect the bolting areas. the head face and the flange faces are perfect in both sides Think about £200 is a fair price to ask.
