extanker
I would only attempt it if i had an exact year donor car[wreck] right along side mine .
zcacogp
Retro-fitting heated seats properly will need the seats (or at least the heaters), the control systems, the different switchgear on the dashboard with the buttons to turn the heaters on, as well as any additional wiring looms. Oh and you'd probably have to tell the car that there are now heated seats installed via PIWIS once done. It would be an expensive project if you didn't have all the bits from a donor car to hand. Alternatively, aftermarket seat heaters could be bought and fitted quite cheaply. You would need to wire them up yourself and wouldn't get the 'proper' buttons in the dashboard but it would cost pennies. I'm about to do something similar to a Skoda Fabia and these look quite good: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Besond-universal-rectangle-hi-off-lo-element/dp/B076F3TQH6/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
