987.2 Fog light lens

Recommended Posts

Mornin' all.

I bought my first Porsche yesterday. 09 (late dec) Cayman S, Blue, PDK, Extended leather, Aerokit, SD 19's. I noticed when I was cleaning it that the fog light lens is cracked. Is there a replacement available or do you just have to replace the whole unit?

Been lurking the site for a while on the run up to purchasing the car, it's been a fantastic resource of information. 👍

Cheers,

Simon

Hi Simon, welcome to the forum

I think its only available as a complete unit, near-side appear to be more difficult to obtain unless you go to a main dealer. Off-side seem more readily available and cheaper as well.

Thanks bud, new unit it is! There's a gent on eBay selling them for £85 a side from Lithuania, worth a punt!

Seems like good value. Are you sure it's for a Gen 2 car and the same as your existing lamp?

Hi Simon998, did this Lithuanian guy just have the one pair to sell? If not could you point me to his ebay listing? Thanks!

Be a bit careful with that company. I did not have a good experience...
