DJMC
Unfortunately, these "bolts" are non-removeable factory fitted parts. No, I didn't believe it either, but Porsche GB have confirmed this and also my local indy. PGB's offer was to go halves (£500) on replacing one front calliper, not caliperS. As I didn't fancy forking out £500 to replace one, and then have the other go bad, I found a £5 solution and did both sides. The permanent marker route was experimental but it's resisted heat and further rusting so far.
John Whalley
It appears evident from the photo of the removed caliper that the pad locating bolts cannot be screwed out - unless by chance they are in 2 parts.
