2009 Fog Lamp Removal

Hello ALL,

New to this site, so apologies if there is a thread on this topic.

My fog lamps are, "Fogged".

They operate correctly but I would like to know if the actual lenses are accessible and if so, the best way to remove them.
Very hands on here, with a lift and do perform the majority of maintenance on the car, so I am aware and wary of the clips that usually retain these types of pieces.
Any advice, tips or recommendations are appreciated.
