Better late than never. thanks @peteslag, great to see - surprised not to see my own car appear in your sights and disappear behind you in one of those videos - very nicely driven 👍🏻

The problem is that you can only overtake with consent and there was no way I could out drag a GT3 in the straights. Diving down inside will never be an option for me on a general track day. I did it at Anglesey in my old VX220 and very nearly had a collision. Skip to 4:55 in this video and you'll see. Bloody Cayman drivers!

Bloody Cayman drivers! Absolutely, safety first. I just can't understand why some drivers don't look in their mirrors and wonder why they can't shake off the car behind. It's not a race! Anywho, looks and sounds like a top day out. Cheers, Bryan
alexjc4
Nice smooth lines peteslag. I was there on the 24th in my Cayman R. The conditions were good, but the mix of driving was err.. interesting. That white GT3 seemed to be a pool car, maybe some driving experience type thing. Occasionally you'd come across it apparently parking up on an apex. I can't say I was quite as patient as you
