Neil_jdmr
Just hoping i could get an idea on a price for rear discs? I'm happy to buy from carparts4less or ecp just as long as they are oem quality. Also, on the subject, pads. Same question.
Windymiller
Well, if you go on the CP4L website and put in your reg and then search for brake discs you’ll get an exact price for discs and pads. brembo / pagid / sebro discs are all equally good. textar pads are OE fit pads by Porsche. as an eg I just bought front pads, discs, anti-vibration shims and pad wear sensors all from CP4L for ~£250. And rears are cheaper. 👍🏻
Neil_jdmr
Are they an easy garage job or are they sensors to reset etc. How does the electronic handbrake affect things. I'm just wondering if buying the parts and letting the specialist fit them is a better alternative.
Neil_jdmr
That's great, they have everything needed on there and the prices are very reasonable. Only thing i couldn't find was the shims?
