maczi
I'm getting progressively more knocking/rattling over bumps from my offside front suspension. I took my car into my local Indy and he thought it was a slight chance it was the control arm but more than likely an issue with the complete PASM shock absorber. Obviously there's a big difference in cost to correct these possible problems. Has anyone ever had to replace a PASM shock and if so what was the fault with it? Was there any looseness/play in it? Cheers
GlosRich
Change the control arm first its cheaper.
Bushman
coffin arm bushes are a known wear point, as are shok top mounts. check these first before you commit to new shox
Tinners1983
Just had my control arms replaced and the car feels so much better. Definitely go with those first. I’m replacing the dampers, but that’s another story
