Tidy 987.2 for sale
Saw this in the CABO UK Facebook group just now and thought it looked a lot tidier than most at that price if there's anyone out there looking.
987.2 Cayman S Manual
March 2010 ‘gen 2’ 987 S Manual in Carrara white with 72,200 miles. Recently had a minor service (incl. brake fluid) + all new Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres + new front brake pads & discs + new rear pads + MOT in March. This car needs nothing doing until it’s next (major) service in 2024. Specification (original build options and ‘after market’ upgrades): PSE Bose stereo PCM 3 with SatNav & phone Bluetooth prep 19” Carrera S2 wheels Extended
Changing exhaust manifold on the drive?
I have a 2009 .2 and got some decat exhaust manifolds - my friend who used to work at Porsche says I'm mad to consider doing it on the drive and that some of the bolts will definitely snap. Anyone got any input?
987.2 Fog light lens
Mornin' all. I bought my first Porsche yesterday. 09 (late dec) Cayman S, Blue, PDK, Extended leather, Aerokit, SD 19's. I noticed when I was cleaning it that the fog light lens is cracked. Is there a replacement available or do you just have to replace the whole unit? Been lurking the site for a while on the run up to purchasing the car, it's been a fantastic resource of information. 👍 Cheers, Simon
Newbie member looking for a base cayman
Hi all, i’d like to introduce myself to the forum, my name is Ash and I am on the lookout for a cheap manual cayman base to use for daily duties. I have never owned a Porsche and it’s a dream one day to buy a GT4 but until then I need to scratch the itch. I am considering a higher mileage example to daily drive and enjoy all year round…… am I mad? I have a few other cars including my cherished e46 m3 which I have owned for over 6 years.
