Popular Post Woodhouse
Hi Folks, just thought I'd introduce myself. I've owned my gen 1 S since April 2012 and covered around 20k miles in that time. It's my 8th Porsche following on from 3 x 944, 2 x 968 and 2 x 986 over the last 20 years. I maintain my cars myself and did clutch, flywheel and rear main seal and a few other routine items on this one last year. I've been keeping an eye out for a similarly high spec 987.2 for the last year or two but haven't come across one of the right colour and spec yet so may well end up hanging on to this one for a long time yet! I'm always interested in local-ish meets and usually do at least one Breakfast Club each month (Shelsley Walsh/Prescott/Queens Square Bristol/Haynes Museum and one or two others). Happy to hear of any others going. I'm a TIPEC member and we have a few Cayman owners in our local branch but it would be good to meet up with any other local Cayman owners. Cheers Derek Pic from Simply Porsche at Beaulieu this year. Edited December 30, 2015 by Woodhouse
DJMC
Hi Derek, Your car looks FAB! Great to hear there are DIY-ers who really care about their cars. Enjoy!!
Founder Beanoir™ Posted December 30, 2015 Founder Share Posted December 30, 2015 Hi Derek, lovely looking car - really am becoming quite fond of Caymans in Guard's recently... There's an CaymanOC meet this weekend, but it's not quite in your neck of the woods if you're looking for local, shame as it's always good to get as many together as possible. Welcome anyway

Woodhouse
Thanks guys. I was tempted by the meet this Sunday but it's our Son's birthday so a bit too far to sneak off for a couple of hours!
