Popular Post Montana
Hi, I’m a bit of a long term lurker on here so thought it was about time I signed in. In August last year, after looking for 13 Months, I finally found my 2015 Carmine Red 981 GTS. Some might say its OCD but its not unusual for me to take my time when buying a Car, my outgoing Jaguar 400 BHP STR took 18 Months to find and I kept it for 9 years. My Cayman must have spec was:- Carmine Red or Sapphire Blue. PDK. Pasm. Full Alcantara Interior including Steering Wheel. Black Exterior Trim. Carbon Fibre Interior Trim. Non Yellow or Red Gauges. I was beginning to get a bit despondent when most of the Cars I liked were south of London, though that didn’t stop me looking at a few of them, when finally, what seemed like the Holy Grail turned up on my doorstep, yes unbelievably Porsche Centre Glasgow 10 Miles from me, advertised my must have Car… September 15 GTS, 4850 Miles, 20 inch 911 Turbo Rims, along with all of my must haves, one previous no nonsense Owner who not only specced it up perfectly, also looked after it well. The icing on the cake being, as the Car was within 3 Months of its second Service and first Mot, both would be carried out by the Dealer, plus it included a two year Warranty, so what was there not to like, test drive carried out and deal done. Into Photography and Detailing, I also attend many Car Shows with my various Car Clubs, no stranger to Porsche as my mate has an Ocean Jade Boxster and I’ve been attending ‘Porsche in The Glen’ Scotland, with him and a few other Car Club Porsche Owners (non affiliated) for about eight years now, they make me park the STR in the public Car Park...but not this year. Hope to pick up some tips from the Members on here, seems to be much more friendlier and civil than the other Cayman Facebook Group.

Montana
Thanks Craig and Daz. Wasn't overly keen on the Wheels when looking at pictures, they reminded me of the old wooden Washing Tongs my Mother had, ok I'm showing my age, however in the flesh they have grown on me. Thanks, No not work, just a stop off for some pics, was too nice a night to waste and we needed a couple of bananas for breakfast, strange how the right shop always seems to be 54 miles away 😀
