Andy Fagan
I just had my CR serviced at Chester OPC and they informed me that the Sport Exhaust wasn't operating. They said it would cost £72 just to diagnose the problem so I said I'd sort it myself. I'm going to check it out hopefully at the weekend but wondered if anyone had had this issue before and could save me a bit of investigation time? Founder Beanoir™ Posted April 21, 2016 Founder Share Posted April 21, 2016 Without googling I've heard of this before, in fact I'm sure many owners just opened it and removed the fuse or something like that...but don't take that advice as sound! PhilCS
It's a fairly straightforward system I think, it's either likely to be the fuse, a stuck valve or wiring. First 2 are easy enough to check yourself. Did you not notice the PSE wasn't working before taking it to the dealer?
Andy Fagan
I only use it rarely so I didn't notice tbh.

Andy Fagan
Interestingly it would seem that when the sport exhaust is activated it also seems to open the 2 internal flaps in the plenum, or so it seems without further investigation. I thought that would have been when sport mode activated?
