I have always been into cars (much to my wifes annoyance) My history... Ford Cortina 1600E Escort Harrier. Escort RS1600 (alloy Block BDA) Mk2 RS2000 S1 RS Turbo, RS2000 4x4 Impreza Turbo Westfield SEI TVR S3C Honda S2000 Cayman 2.7 So never really had any boring cars, always been a little bit different My Cayman will not be a daily driver, it will be a weekend car only. It is always garaged. I have hopefully included a picture from the day I picked it up last October. Please forgive the reg plate, it came with the car and will be removed. After collection I drove it home and stuck it in the garage for the winter (difficult to do) as I wanted to do a few jobs to it over the winter. Anyway it is now taxed and on the road, I will try and do a "my car " thread as soon as I can and include some better pictures. It is a completely different beast to be honest, which was what I wanted. The S2k was a getting bit too raw for me these days, I had it for 7 years and loved it but wanted something a bit more refined ! The Cayman feels a lot heavier that it actually is (it is only about 150 KG heavier) the S2000 always felt light and nimble. I think the S2 had a better turn in than the Cayman, but the Cayman has much better grip coming out of a corner. Needless to say it will cost more to run per year than the Honda but I am expecting that. I used to take the S2 to the Ring every year and by the time I got there I was broken.
