Recommended Posts

Starting a new thread as, unless its me, the other thread is not updating anymore as I have made posts on it that are not showing.

Soup of the day

Reads like a great low mileage manual example.

I think there could be site issues Julian.

I posted a new Topic and it appeared 3 times 🙄 and I've not received email notification of your reply to one of them!

yep it seems to have got buggy the forum. When I submit a post/reply it shows an error but does register it on refresh.

I can't recall who the site admin is to contact.

2015 Registered Cayman R for sale on Autotrader:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202305257759769?advertising-location=at_cars&aggregatedTrim=987 R&include-delivery-option=on&make=Porsche&model=Cayman&page=1&postcode=g767nq&fromsra

Advert states '2015 (15 reg)' but plate on the car is a '63' so all very confusing!  😕

Shame its not got the lovely carbon buckets.  ☹️

This one looks particularly nice with great service history.

That's the fourth time that car has been up for sale since the first advert last October.

A nice car, albeit expensive for a private sale, and I enquired about it when it first appeared but the owner 'didn't want the hassle' of a pre-purchase inspection.

I find it quite remarkable that these are one of the only Porsches not to have appreciated in value over the last 10 years.

They seem to lost their buzz for some reason, could be the state of the world mind you....but there are 14 for sale on AT and I don't think I have ever seen that amount for sale. There was a time when late £40s/50s were being achieved but its all gone flat now....must be the economic times.

That is mentioned in this video that came out today. The R features towards the end.

I'm selling my 2012 manual 987 Cayman S, in case anyone is interested: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202308180946893

Meteor Grey, 93k miles, only been taken to Parr in my ownership.

I've been told to get my priorities in order and to start saving for a house 😂. I daren't argue with the boss at home...and, to be fair, she's probably right. For now.
